We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Bikes and snowboards must be in new, unridden condition with all original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer professional assembly for bikes purchased online?
Yes! If you choose 'In-Store Pickup,' your bike will be professionally assembled by our certified mechanics for free. For bikes shipped to your home, some assembly is required, and we recommend taking it to a local shop if you are not comfortable performing the final steps.
Can I return an item I purchased online to a physical store location?
Absolutely. Any item purchased on our website can be returned to any ERIK'S Bike Board & Ski retail location, provided you have your order confirmation or packing slip.
